Defective Products
We have pride in our products, but, if by any chance, you happen to receive defective or inferior goods, we will gladly exchange them with no questions asked and free of charge.
We ask that you please return your shirt within fourteen (14) days of receipt, and include the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Order Number (EMS Airway Bill Number)
In addition, please write "DEFECTIVE GOODS RETURN" on the package and send it C.O.D. to:
† A defective or inferior good is one that arrives to the customer, unused, but bearing noticeable tears or fraying.
Exchanging Sizes
In the event that you followed the sizing method but found your NABAY to be too loose or too tight, we request that you adhere to the following procedure for exchanging to a new size:
Contact us by telephone or email with your:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Order Number (EMS Airway Bill Number)
- Order Date
- Reason for exchange (where is it ill-fitting, etc)
- New size
Please write "SIZE EXCHANGE" on the parcel and return your NABAY postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt to:
